Arbour Energy US Inc. holds the United States master operating
license for proprietary clean up technology designed for the Alberta
oil sands and believed to have significant environmental application
in the United States.
In addition, Arbour Energy US, Inc. will develop oil and gas opportunities
in the United States being negotiated by the corporate group at
the present time. The merger with a US public company will speed
projects and acquisitions currently being planned by enhancing financing
capabilities.
