Arbour Energy Inc. has invested in excess of $15,000,000 in the development of technology to clean the Alberta oil sands and to acquire the master operating license for North America relating to processed sand. The United States portion of the master operating license has been transferred to Arbour Energy US, Inc.

Arbour Energy Inc. has invested approximately $1,600,000 in drilling and producing oil and gas properties. These properties are producing revenue that will exceed $1,000,000 on an annualized basis.
