Arbour Energy Inc. is a Canadian public company listed on the CNQ stock exchange in Canada under the trading symbol "ARBR". The company is engaged in oil and gas exploration and development. In addition, the company is participating in the commercialization of proprietary oil sands recovery technology that is believed to have broad environmental application.

Arbour Energy Inc. is in the process of raising $54,000,000 by way of a series one preferred share offering at $1.35 per share. These are convertible to common shares. As of September 30, 2005 the company received subscriptions for $41,877,454.95 from more than 600 shareholders.

On February 24, 2005, Arbour Energy US Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Arbour Energy Inc., announced the acquisition of control of Biltmore Enterprises, Inc. (Pink: BTMT) a publicly trading Nevada corporation. Arbour Energy US Inc. holds the United States master operating license for proprietary clean up technology designed for the Alberta oil sands and believed to have significant environmental application in the United States. In addition, Arbour Energy US, Inc. will develop oil and gas opportunities in the United States being negotiated by the corporate group at the present time. The merger with a US public company will speed projects and acquisitions currently being planned by enhancing financing capabilities.

Dennis Morice of Calgary , Canada is President and Director of both companies. He has more than 25 years business experience, much of it as a public accountant and private financial consultant. He has spent the past 5 years exclusively in the oil and gas industry working on acquisitions and mergers.

Heinz Weis of Calgary , Alberta is a Director of Arbour Energy Inc. Mr. Weis is a Chartered Accountant with a long history in financial consulting.

Arthur Wigmore of Delta, BC is a Director of Arbour Energy Inc. Mr.Wigmore has an extensive background as an officer and director of numerous public and private resource based companies.

Arbour is loosely connected to a network approaching 1500 entrepreneurial people, many having impeccable experience in the oil and gas industry. As required, Arbour is able to tap this resource to its benefit.
